This is a bustling part of London with lots of restaurants, bars and pubs frequented by many. An absolutely much visit is the Borough Market, (closed on Sundays) which is a foodie haven of deliciousness, just a 3 minute walk from London Bridge station.
Full of fresh produce, cheese stalls and great takeaway stalls where you can grab anything from a fantastic burger (check out The Posh Banger Boys) to mouth-watering Hand-dived scallops.
We would suggest a walk along South-bank is a must do – the views are fantastic and there are lots of restaurants, shops and bars along the river bank. You can walk to the Tate Modern Gallery, Shakespeare Globe Theatre and along to the London Eye and the houses of parliament, or just hop onto one of the regular Thames Clipper river taxis and take in the views from the water. Get the best view of the entire city by visiting The Shard (dress code applies).
