Arrivals Form

In order to make arrangements for you to be let into your chosen apartment we need to know your arrival time in London. Can you kindly complete the following as fully as possible and return the form to us.

Home From Home endeavours to be as flexible as possible over arrival times but we do request that they are during sociable hours.

We cannot guarantee an early let-in unless you book the apartment from the night before, but we will do our utmost to fit in with your arrangements where possible.

It is mandatory that you be met by a driver if your arrival is outside our office hours 9.30am - 5.30 pm Monday to Friday.

The drivers of fully licenced and insured black London taxis will meet you at the airport (Heathrow , Gatwick or other). They are totally familiar with all our properties, will have the keys and will let you in.

The standard cost is £44 from Heathrow and £77 from Gatwick (plus any gratuity you choose to pay). Please note: higher rates (£54 from Heathrow and £87 from Gatwick ) apply for the following properties: Belvedere Road, Doughty Street, John Adam Street,Brunswick Mansions, Bernard Mansions, Harlequin court, St Marks Crescent,Sandwich Street,Curlew Street, Linhope Street, New Globe Walk, Ashworth Road and Rope Street. Please enquire about charges to and from other airports prior to making a taxi resevation. All airport pick-ups include 45 minutes free waiting from the actual landing time. Thereafter you will be charged £0.25 per minute. The total charge can be paid to the driver directly by you in cash or we can deduct it from your security deposit.

Arrivals and departures over the Christmas and New Year period are subject to a supplement.

We believe this is the most comfortable way for you to arrive at the property especially after a long and tiring journey. Our drivers monitor your flight for early arrivals and delays. They will meet you at the TAXI INFORMATION DESK in the terminal arrival hall. Please look for the sign TAXI INFORMATION DESK.
