How do I book an apartment ?
Fill in the search box to find availabilty. From the selection of properties please choose the one that suits you . Click the enquire button. Our sales staff will get back to you as soon as possible with the prices.Once you have the price and our confirmation you will be asked to fill in a booking form.

When do payments happen?
We take 25% of the rent as a non-refundable booking deposit at the time of booking if the arrival date is more that 8 weeks from the booking date. The balance is then taken 8 weeks prior to arrival. If the booking date is within 8 weeks from the arrival date then all the rent becomes due. The refundable “ security deposit” is due 2 weeks before arrival and must be paid by credit card.

How can payments be made?
The booking deposit of 25% must be made by credit card or bank transfer at the time of booking. The balance can be paid by credit card or bank transfer. There is a 3% handling charge if the credit card option is elected. We accept Visa and Mastercard only.

How to we get keys to the property?
If you take one of our licensed taxi cabs the driver will have the keys to the property and will take you there.

If you are already in the UK or arriving by train we can either meet you at the station or arrange to meet you at the property. This must be within our office hours:9.30am to 5.00pm (Monday thru' Friday).

 How do we check out?
Departure time is before 10.30am. Call Home From Home during your stay. We will make all the arrangements for your departure inculding the collection of keys, taxi transfers etc.

Can a booking be cancelled?
We require full payment eight weeks prior to arrival. Should you need to cancel the booking, a refund is subject to us being able to re-let the property. We do advise, therefore, that you take travel insurance to cover this eventuality. For bookings made outside the eight weeks period, we require a 25% Booking Deposit to hold the property. This is non-refundable.

How does the Telephone get charged?
We read the telephone by various methods depending on each individual flat. We will advise you of the cost which is at the normal BT prices. The cost will be deducted before the balance is refunded back to the credit card from which it was taken.

What is the clean out fee?
The apartments are self-catering. Visitors will find the flat clean and the beds made-up. We charge the out-going tenant to restore the flat to the same condition as they found it. We do this as we realise that the most guests cannot do this as they are leaving the country.
